Arjan is an expert in customer experience and innovation. Over the past 25 years he has worked with and advised businesses around the world, including Pizza Hut, Philips Electronics, PwC, eBay and Asda.
Most recently he was responsible for customer experience at Majid Al Futtaim and ROSHN, a subsidiary of PIF in Saudi Arabia.
