Well-paced and dynamic
This was the second time I have attended a CX Live conference, and it truly was a pleasure. The conference was extremely well organized, well-paced and dynamic. I thought each of the speakers added something different, given their variety of experiences and sectors. It was interesting to hear from so many like minded professionals from sports, public and private sectors. I also took some interesting insights around the use of new tech in CX and was interested to hear about the opportunities and challenges that many are in the CX world are encountering right now – I am looking forward to the next conference in my home town of Dubai!
